She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clark and Mary Lou Clark; and her spouse JC Culliver. She is survived by: her children, Rita Lewis (Don), Janet Miller (JD), Judy Miron (Phil) and Keith Culliver (Suzanne). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren and 3 sisters.
