He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Adell Floyd and Violet Davis Floyd; and his sisters, Norma F. Battle and Nancy F. Harrist. He is survived by: his wife Ella Ruth Floyd; his children, Max Davis Floyd, Nancy Leigh Smith and Catherine Darlene Holly; and his sister Bobbie Jean Wood of Pensacola, Florida.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren as well as 11 great grandchildren.
