With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chad Lee Savage of Braxton, Mississippi, born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2025 at the age of 55. He was predeceased by: his mother Scherry Lee Savage; his grandparents, Maurice Savage, Virginia Savage, Harry Glenn Cauthen and Audrey Roland Cauthen; and his mothers-in-law, Barbara Smith and Paulett Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Lynn Savage; his children, Sean Simmons, Christopher Kinlaw, Barbara Morehead (Dakota), Kaitlyn Savage Smith (Michael), Nikki Simmons and Brianna Savage Herrington (Jesse); his grandchildren, Dempsey Smith, Graham Smith, Lexie Morehead, Emberlynn Morehead, Drake Morehead, Elaina Gebhart and Eli Gebhart; and his father Walter Gayle Savage.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Corinth Baptist Church (207 Church Rd, Magee, MS 39111). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at the D'Lo Cemetery.
