He was predeceased by: his parents, H. J. Davis and Freddie Davis; his brother John; his sister-in-law Bonnie Davis; and his parent-in-law Willie Jean Shorter.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Jean Davis (Shorter) of Braxton; his children, Kevin Davis (Stacey) of Braxton, Melissa Sizemore (Clay) of Ocean Springs and Jeremy Davis (Cindy) of Puckett; his grandchildren, Jacob, Emily Davis, Cody, Sean Collins, Ryan, Anna Verdecchia, Tyler, Garrett, Madison, Ryder Sizemore, Lawson and Levi Davisand; his great grandchild Braxton Mears; and his brother Glenn Davis (Vann). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
