He is survived by: his wife Tammy of Braxton; his children, Wesley "Wes" Cowart (Misti) of Brandon and Courtney Cowart Neal (Ty) of Forrest; his grandchildren, Blakely Rose Cowart, James Case Cowart, Vivi Jane Cowart and Tyley Elizabeth Neal; his sister Wanda Cowart (William Parks) of Braxton; his stepsister Becky Smith Dewitt (Gary); his nieces, Scotti Douglas (Jack) and Lisa Evers (Brian); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaylea, Brianne, Drew, Allyson and Olivia.
