He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Shepherd and Ruth Delancy Shepherd. He is survived by: his siblings, David Shepherd (Tamra) and Diana Aycox (James); his siblings' children, Brad Shepherd (Shelly) and Amy Shepherd; and his great-nephews, Haygen Shepherd and Tyne Shepherd.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall (3077 MS-13, Mendenhall, MS 39114). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at the New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery (101 Oak Ave, Braxton, MS 39044).
