She is survived by: her husband Herman Moak; her children, Brad Moak (Kristi) of Bogue Chitto and Tammy Sinclair (Dustin) of Bogue Chitto; her sisters, Ouida Madison of McComb and Betty Hill of Summit; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Moak and Kylie Moak. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
