He was predeceased by : his parents, Troy W. Lewis and Leta Rae Franklin Lewis; his siblings, John "Dub" Lewis, Roy Lewis, Tommy Lewis, Geneva Lewis and Ann Foster; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Coke, Shelton Wilkinson and Charlie Delaune.
He is survived by : his wife Peggy Boswell Lewis; and his siblings, Troy E. Lewis (Charlene "Tuti"), Margie Coke and Reba Wilkinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
