She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Rogers and Edna Rogers; her brother Howard Earl Rogers; and her daughter Donna Lynn Powell Smith. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Powell (Sherry), Sharon Ann Powell and Tina McGhee (Jim); her grandchildren, Bridgette Wheatley (Jay), Jessica Hyde (David), Joy Gregory (Chad), Jamison Powell (Shelby), James McGhee and Robert McGhee; her great grandchildren, Anna Wheatley, Spencer Wheatley, Charley White, Luke Hyde, Olivia Hyde, Caroline Hyde, William Gregory, John Hunter Gregory, Lovett Powell and Rosalea Powell; her siblings-in-law, Richard Powell, Dale Powell (Betty), Billy Wayne Powell (CeCe), Peggy Powell and Carole McClellan; and her caregivers, Becki Berry, Niki Cain and Ann. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverwood Family (76 US-51, Brookhaven, MS 39601). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
