He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gifford Querns, Sr. and Mamie Herring Querns Hemphill; and his siblings, Frances W. Querns and Kenneth E. Querns. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cheramie Querns; his sons, Frank Querns (Stephanie), Kenny Querns, Sr. (Melissa) and Jason Querns; his sister Barbara Breaux (Dallas); his grandchildren, Ashley Burnett, Austin Querns, Gage Querns, Kenny Querns, Jr. and Aramise "AJ" Querns; his great grandchildren, Eli Burnett, Allie Burnett and Adrian Querns; and his siblings-in-law, Don Cheramie (Lori) and Eva Cheramie Goris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving family members, and friends.
