Though Gene may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Gene leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Eugene Dubois and Lillodis Bell Dubois; his wife Beverley Louise Hall Dubois; his sisters, Peggy Lynn Dubois and Elizabeth "Beth" Fay Dubois; and his son-in-law Tony Patrick.
He is survived by: his sister Brenda Kate Goodwin; and his children, Vanaee Peden-Patrick, Franklin Eugene Dubois Jr. (Darlene), Daniel Dubois (Shane), Ken Dubois (Kelly) and George Dubois (Guejohnna). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Riverwood Family (76 US-51, Brookhaven, MS 39601). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
