She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrol Ballard and Joyce Townsend Ballard; and her brother Mike Ballard. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Smith; her sons, Chad Smith (Cindy), Kevin Smith (Mary Lee) and Adam Smith (Sandy); her grandchildren, Heather Coker (Tyler), Brayden Smith, Peyton Smith, Hadley Jane Smith, Jansen Moak, Jayden Moak, Brant Smith, Sawyer Smith and Sadie Smith; and her great grandchildren, Elsie Coker and Easton Coker.
