He is survived by: his daughter Vicky Smith (Weldon); his grandchildren, Lacey Zumbro, Dustin Smith (Leah), Marcie Tapper (Shane), Heather Prisock (Jacob) and Ryan Smith (Bridget); his great grandchildren, Dawson, Baylee and Paxton Zumbro; his grandchildren, Harley Wallace (Eli), Rocco, Cooper Smith, Kaitlyn, Mallory, Cayman Tapper, Braden, Chloe, Jentezen Prisock, Ella and Emma Smith; his great great grandchild Finley Wallace; his sister Peggy Gillis Smith; and his son-in-law Danny Fred Smith.
