He is survived by: his wife Amy Smith Rhoads; his children, Kaitlyn Tolleson (Emmett), Megyn Coney (Ken) and Carly Rhoads; his siblings, Barbara Bradshaw and Wesley Bearden; his grandsons, Fischer Rhoads Tolleson and Myles Emmett Tolleson; and his mother-in-law Elsie Jordan Smith (Carey Buckles).
