He is survived by: his father Tim Magee; his brother Johnny Magee (Rusti); his nieces and nephews, Fayth, Neeli and Noah; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Remlie and Logan Magee; and his grandparents, Idell Magee, Clifton and Dolores Crosby. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and countless friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (1645 Calvary Dr SW, Bogue Chitto, MS 39629). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
