He is survived by: his wife Diane Norton Rials; his children, Lisa Williams (Billy) and Buddy Rials; his grandchildren, Coty Williams, Brayden Rials, Courtney Walker and Daniel Pepper; his great grandchildren, Cole Williams, Anne Williams, Remington Williams, Emma Williams, Landry Walker, Cortlan Walker, Bryn Walker and Skyler Pepper; and his grandchildren, Braxton Branch, Chloe Branch and Mia Branch. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
