He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris A. Acy and Mary Louise Acy (Downer); and his sister Shirley Jane Acy. He is survived by: his wife Diane Y. J. Acy; and his siblings, Linda Dianne Acy and Jimmy L. Acy (Cindy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (227 E Cherokee St, Brookhaven, MS 39601). A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM and on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
