He is survived by: his wife Mary Nations Smith; his son Eric Smith; his daughters-in-law, Kathryn Smith (Dwayne Smith) of Bogue Chitto and Gale Smith of Hot Coffee, Mississippi.; his sister Dorothy Sutton (late James Dale Sutton) of Brookhaven, Mississippi.; his grandchildren, Candice Smith of Jonesboro, Anna Smith (Brian Smith) of Brookhaven, Emily Ann Smith of Monmouth and Richard Kendall Smith of Monmouth, Illinois.; and his great grandchildren, Dawson Smith, Sawyer Smith, Truitt Smith of Brookhaven, Mississippi., Aubrey Sivley, Addison Metzer, Connor Metzer of Monmouth, Illinois., Leland Smith and Quora Smith of Monmouth, Illinois..
