He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Diamond and Virgie Ruth Diamond; his daughter Vicki McCullough; and his siblings, Ricky Diamond and Carolyn Day.

He is survived by: his brother Jimmy Diamond; his grandsons, Casey David McCullough (Jennifer) and Cade McCullough (Myranda); his great grandchildren, Harley David McCullough, Cadence Ann-Clark McCullough and Felix Rowan McCullough; and his son-in-law David McCullough.
