With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott Boyd of Brookhaven, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 16, 2025 at the age of 62. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Boyd and Ethel Delores Nunn Boyd; and his sister Diane Kay Boyd. He is survived by: his son Wesley Boyd (Kelsi); his grandchildren, Sawyer Boyd, Axel Boyd, Sadie Miller, Kameron Boyd and Alexis Boyd; and his siblings, Polly Beeson (Buddy), Loretta Conner, Taniel Herring (Freddie) and Wayne Boyd (Michelle Boyd). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
