She was predeceased by : her parents, R. E. Smith and Eileen Smith; her brothers, Mike Smith and James Smith (Jimmy); and her nephew David Blaine Hamilton.

She is survived by : her husband Steven L. Lewis; her sons, Scott Lewis and Jeff Lewis (Tammy); her grandchild J. T. Lewis; her sisters, Marilyn Wilson (Mickey) and Kathy Hamilton (David); her sisters-in-law, Angela Smith, Bonnie Brown and Theresa Smith; and her close friends, Stephanie McMorris and Shirley Newman.
