She is survived by: her mother Jo Ann Williams; her husband Frank Moak; her stepmother Dot Baker; her daughters, Elizabeth Moak and Amanda Moak (Alexander Daniel); and her sister Renee Darby (Ted).
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
