He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee Case and Lola Smith Case; his wife Janis Smith Case; his sisters, Annette Bullock (Grady) and Rowena McGee (Willie); and his granddaughter Grace Rivera.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Bradley Case (Michele) and Romy Case Rivera (Alberto); his siblings, Dennis Case (Brenda), Marilyn Brown (Robert) and Joyce Harris; and his grandchildren, Thomas Zachary Case, Abigail Case, Max Rivera, Paige Black and Nick Rivera. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
