He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred Smith Foster and Earl Foster. He is survived by: his wife Anita Gruchy Foster; his brother Gary Foster (JoAnn); his children, Kristi Wilson, Amy Beard (Nick) and Tommy Foster Jr.; his grandchildren, Brandon Wilson, Ashley Wilson, Sarah Wilson, Abby Beard, Andrew Beard and Jackson Lowe; and his son Jeff Ready (Kip). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
