She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Foster and Mary Carr Foster; her husband Homer Ray Strahan; her sons, James Ray Strahan and Gerald "Jerry" Strahan; and her brothers, Bill Foster of Bennie Foster, J. E and James Earl Foster.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Rushing Jones; her grandchildren, Michelle Thimmons, Kim Maddox, Shannon Matsinger and Kristi Watts; and her great grandchildren, Carly Ann Matsinger, Abby Timmons, Allison Matsinger, Cole Watts, Kaden Timmons, Emilia Maddox and Brynlee Walker.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Riverwood Memorial Park.
