She was predeceased by: her father Estell Mulkey; her husband Jimmy Derl Turner; her siblings, Jimmy Mulkey, Bill Mulkey, Jerry Mulkey, Shirley Nell Mulkey, Jeanette Melton, Sara Swink and Mary Arlene Castleberry; her grandson Gen Bullard; and her great grandchild Emma Kay Moore-Bullard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pattie Romine and Sherry Turner; her grandchildren, Jay Bullard, Stacy Bullard, Jenny Collins and Jeremy Romine; and her siblings, Richard Mulkey and Molly Bush.
