He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Ivan Mann and Erma Beatrice Perkins Mann; his wife Patricia Kay Barefield Mann; and his grandson Sebastian Mann. He is survived by : his children, Faye Stutsy (Patrick Sanders) of Bruce, Dean Mann (Kandy) of Bruce and Louis Boyle (Tina) of Pontotoc; his sisters, Susie Mata (Manuel) of Bruce and Louise Salinas of Bruce; his grandchildren, Ashtan Mann, Tanor Mann, Brianna Brickey, Jacob Hillhouse, Anna Young, Luke Young, Mack Stutsy, Kaytlin Jackson, Tori Cooper, Damon Boyle, Austin Boyle, Montana, Marshall, Deidra Becerra and Austin Wilson; and his nieces and nephews, Emelia Ramirez (Juan), Kaley Swords (Dut), Jona Salinas, Nila Orr, Manuel Mata (Breanna) and Jayden Salinas. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parker Memorial Funeral Home (476 MS-9, Bruce, MS 38915). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (476 MS-9, Bruce, MS 38915).
