He is survived by: his wife Ruthie Blaylock Carroll of Bruce, MS; his son Paul Carroll of Bruce, MS.; and his sibling's children, Randy Hughes, Kenny "Bud" Hughes, Ann Callaway, Linda Williamson and Cathy Lee Henderson.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Parker Memorial Funeral Home (476 MS-9, Bruce, MS 38915). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bruce Cemetery (474 Hwy 9N, Bruce, MS 38915).
