He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Dale and Lucille Dale; and his sisters, Patricia Lucille McCoy and Maxine Elizabeth Townsend. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Koehlinger, Mark McCoy, Michael McCoy, Margarette Smith, Jason Jackson, Justin Jackson and Jene'Sheleen Jackson.
