He was predeceased by : his parents, R. C. "Jack" Woodruff and Dorothy Jean Bain Woodruff; his stepmother Nona Mae Woodruff; and his sister-in-law Cathy Woodruff. He is survived by : his family Harley; his wife Lynn Woodruff; his children, Tiffany Leigh Cupido and Tyler Woodruff (Maranda); his grandchildren, Braxton Kade Barham, Avery Wyatt Woodruff, Dawson Lane Woodruff, Matthew Lee Cupido, Damon Pieter Cupido and Eva Grae Cupido; and his siblings, Jackie Woodruff (Sandra), David Woodruff, Ann Ivy (Finis), Jan Crawford (Ronnie) and Joan Mielke (Dean).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Funeral Home - East (2024 US-72, Corinth, MS 38834). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
