It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Thomas Taylor Sr. of Byhalia, Mississippi, born in Parsons, Tennessee, who passed away on December 13, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Nancy C. Keeton Taylor; his parents, Neima Tyler and Richard Thomas Long; his grandparents, Jessie F. Tyler and Eula Tyler Taylor; and his stepgrandfather Joe S. Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Julie of Rick's Powder Coating; his son Rick Taylor; his daughter-in-law Julie Taylor; and his granddaughters, Eva and Anna Taylor.
