He is survived by: his son Cody Churchill; his daughter-in-law Brianna Churchill; his grandchildren, Aubrey Churchill, Forrest Churchill, Rhett Churchill, Ember Churchill and Dylan Churchill (Cassie); his sons, Tristan Churchill and Luke Churchill; his sisters, Linda Robinson, Sharon Churchill and Tammy Overing; and his former wife Carolyn Webb.
