He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Hardy and Nelly Hardy; his wife Hilda; and his sisters, Juanita Ward and Dorothy England.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Hardy (Sherry), Karen Conway (Lee) and Penny Moncrief (Cliff); and his siblings, Mildred Jeffus and Hamp Hardy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
