He is survived by: his son Timothy Welch (Melinda); his grandsons, Josh Welch (Tiffany) and Ben Welch (Hanna Burke); his stepgrandsons, Ryan and Ragan Robinson; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Rayne and Sarah Camille Welch; and his sisters, Jane Windle (Earl) and Judy Garner (Jim).
