She is survived by: her children, Karen Hall (Steve) and Duane Perkins; her grandchildren, Kendyl Hensley (Cody), Garrett Hall (Reagan), Rachel Perkins, Jason Perkins and Victoria Tullos (Dylan); her sister Louise Smith; her granddaughter Tanya Morris; and her cousin Nell Mace. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
