She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lee Tedder and Ruby Alleene Nichols Tedder; her husbands, Larry H. Russell and Sidney W. Webb; her children, Teresa Alleene Russell, Dorothy Webb and James Webb; and her daughter-in-law Kristi Peden Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Russell (Mona) of Russellville, Marion Russell (Felicia) of Calhoun City, Romona Lynn Russell of Calhoun City, Bobby Webb of Senatobia and Sammy Webb (Linda) of Senatobia; her siblings, Robert Lee Tedder of Calhoun City, Emma Hubbard (Randy) of Calhoun City and Nell Mitchell (Walter) of Calhoun City; and her daughter-in-law Billie Jean Webb of Oxford. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; 1 great-grandson.
