He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Williams; his parents, Henry Thomas Williams and Blanche Christine Dunn Williams; his siblings, Harvey Edward Williams, Sr. and Edna Christine Williams Thorpe; and his brother-in-law Aubrey Gene Stroud.
He is survived by: his sons, Randall Williams (Shirley) of Vicksburg and Royce Williams (Debbie) of Shreveport; his granddaughters, Melanie Williams Bates (Chris) of Vicksburg, MS, Melissa Williams Thomas (Josh) of Madison, MS, Rebekah Williams Lovorn (Andy) of Alexandria, VA, Sarah Williams of Shreveport, LA and Amanda Williams of Shreveport, LA; his sisters, Henrietta Richardson (Sheldon), Linda Parker (Ed) and Mattie Humphries; and his nieces, Belinda Fuchsberger and Erica Stroud.
