He is survived by: his wife Annette Pinkstaff Waggener; his daughter Stephanie Waggener (Christina); his sisters-in-law, Karen Thompson (Tommy) and Joyce Cook (Marc); and his nieces and nephews, Clint Thompson (Tia), Casey (Samantha), Matthew Cook, Jacey Petty (Ronnie), Melissa Robbins (Kevin) and Lacey Pinkstaff. He is also survived by cousins; and many friends.
