He was predeceased by : his parents, John Prestage and Tressie Shoemaker Prestage; his great grandchild Kash McGraw; and his siblings, Robert, Eugene, Lamar Prestage and Evon Stewart.

He is survived by : his wife Lula Trigg Prestage; his daughter Gail McGraw (Larry); his grandsons, Ryan McGraw (Samantha) and Tyler McGraw (Blakeney); his great grandchildren, Kade, Kamden and Rhett McGraw; and his siblings, K. E. Prestage, Aubrey Prestage (Alice), Louise Isonhood and Linda Hearst (Lenny).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The American Cancer Foundation or to Hospice Ministries.
