It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Leo Norwood of Canton, Mississippi, who passed away on May 1, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Sr. Norwood and Virginia Norwood; and his brothers, Elmer Jr., Edward and William (Big Oney).

He is survived by : his children, Susan Carpenter-Bailey (Wilbert), Ashley Norwood-Green (Jason) and Becky (Randon); his grandchildren, Paige, Jacob, Leslie, Addyson, Ava and Aubree; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Tyler and Josiah; and his siblings, Michael and Flora.
