He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Pratt, Sr. (Joe) and Sybil R. Pratt; his parents-in-law, Fred McBeth and Eleanor McBeth; and his brother David Hendershot (Marsha Hendershot).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue McBeth Pratt; his children, Raleigh Johnson (Darren) and Rickey Pratt (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Sonnie Johnson, Samantha Penton (Joe) and Taylor Pratt; his great grandchildren, Olivia Ford, Aiden Montgomery, Brandon Devine and Riley Penton; his brother-in-law Charles McBeth; and his sisters, Amanda McMillan and Diane Brigman. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Breeland Funeral Home (3304 S Liberty St, Canton, MS 39046). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Canton Cemetery.
