He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maurice Hart and Jimmie Sizemore Hart; his brother Carlton; and his son Lee. He is survived by: his wife Stacy Sweeney Hart; his son Spencer Maxwell; his grandchildren, Will Hart and Hunter Hart; and his great grandchildren, Spencer Lee, Maxwell, Hazel and Joe.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Breeland Funeral Home (3304 S Liberty St, Canton, MS 39046). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the MIND Center at UMMC or Alzheimer's Association of Mississippi.
