She is survived by: her spouse Lee Alex Breeland Jr. of Lion's Club; her children, Dr. Donna Breeland Trussell (Hugh), Lee Alex Breeland III (Sheila) and Kathryn Grace Breeland; her brother George Frank Carwile Jr. (Jo); her grandchildren, Ashley Breeland Ward (Drew), Lee Alex Breeland IV (Eden), Laurel Breeland Callahan (Ethan), David Trussell (Rebeca), Daniel Trussell and Cameron Lee Trussell; and her great grandchildren, Finley Breeland, Sutton Ward and Breeland Ward.
