We are sad to announce that, on March 13, 2024, at the age of 77, Grady T. Slade Jr. of Carnes, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Sharon Slade (Fortenberry); his mother Merle Slade (Avery); and his sister Laura Elizabeth Gore. He is survived by: his father Grady T. Slade Sr.; his wife Berniece Slade of Lumberton; his children, Grady T. "Tommie" Slade III (Angela) of Carnes Community and Jodi Slade Morrison of Carnes Community; his grandchildren, Brice Smith (Blake), Halle Breland, Charleigh Morrison, Ashley, Brandi, Cody, Logan, Dakota (Randall), Shi, Grady, Grayson, Landon, Gabby, Laken, Jocelyn and Theresa; and his stepdaughters, Desiree Swilley of Dedeaux, Ginger Moody of Yazoo City and Shauna Ladner of Wiggins. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
