He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Spiers; and his brother Ernie Spiers. He is survived by: his wife Donna Spiers; his children, Shannon Spiers Olivier (Thomas) and Chad Spiers; his grandchildren, Madysson Spiers Berry (Milton), Hannah Spiers, Hailey Spiers and Thomas Olivier, IV (Tommy); his great grandchildren, Kymberli, Payten, Milton Jr., Raguel, Uirel and Raphael; his siblings, Elmo Spiers and Patsy Spiers Gedge (Matt); and his pet Tornado. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 18th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Roseland Park (2130 Hwy 11 N, Picayune, MS 39466). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 18th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39535-4968).
