He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harry Bowen (Jack) and Dora Stockstill Bowen; his siblings, Mary Jo Fortenberry and Zeno Bowen; and his daughter-in-law Tammy Bowen.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Bowen (Jan); his sons, Dana Bowen (Chandra) and Chris Bowen (Kate); his grandchildren, Justin Bowen (Christy), Hanna Savoie (Ryan) and Drew Bowen; and his great grandchildren, Grant, Griff, Blair, Mason, Regan, Dillon, Peyton and Sutton.
