He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther Earl Wise and Wilma Smith Wise. He is survived by : his son Luther Amber Wise; his siblings, Mary Ann Kirk and Earl Wise; his grandchildren, Tyler Wise, Kylie Wilcox and Dartanyon Wilcox; and his great grandchild Knox Wilcox.
