He is survived by: his children, David Smith (April), Jacob Smith (Amy) and Kaylene G. Smith (William Moore); his grandchildren, Kolbie Smith, Ariah Jarrell, Jaxon Smith and Wyatt Smith; and his siblings, Mona Smith and Dana Smith (Marie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many more extended family.
