He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Lang Mills Sr. and Hazel. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Chris, Holly and Nick (Bess); his sister Frances Mills Yerger; and his grandchildren, Lily, George, Poppy, Andrew, Marshall and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the "Bak Pak" Ministry program (26 Garden District Place, Picayune, MS 39466).
