He was predeceased by: his parents, James Furey Sr. and Rosalie Orr Crawford; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Furey. He is survived by: his son Kevin Patrick Furey; his granddaughters, Roxanne Furey Almon and Sheila Furey Thomas; his siblings, John Furey, James Furey Jr. and Marceline Furey Mayeaux; and his uncle Jimmy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Picayune Funeral Home (815 S Haugh Ave, Picayune, MS 39466). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
